Our Story
Capable Strides has been formed around our shared passion for supporting people through change and our desire to share the benefit of our learning from our successful careers. With over 20 years experience in senior corporate HR positions working for FTSE 100 Environmental Infrastructure companies, our roles covered a range of people development responsibilities for over 5000 employees. This included the introduction of leadership and education programmes, heading up business-wide change management projects, and implementing learning and development initiatives. We enable individuals and organisations to make future strides with confidence, direction and purpose.
